This web site presents our best estimates of our anticipated income from Chile Ranch.  We know how easy it is to over-estimate the income of a new project so we have gone out of our way to make our picture more Conservative than Liberal.

A.  The following is a list of the major facilities.

For example, our two major sources of income will be:

1.  Sale of lots and homes.
2.  Income from our Dude Ranch.

Our minor sources of Income includes:
1.  Our Convention Center  (once we get this into operation, it may jump to the “Major” category.)

2.  Sales profits from the businesses we install in the Village Center:

a.  A Saloon and Restaurant (no alcohol, for the kids and their parents)

b.  Fishing Guides in Salt water and Fresh water.

c.  A guest Hotel with Restaurant.  Many tourist come to visit the Patagonia Region of Chile because of its natural beauty and the fishing.

d.  A guest shop, –  a gift shop that will sell many local products  –  A clothing store.

e.  A fair size grocery store for residents and guest.

f.  An automobile repair facility.

g.  A large manufacturing facility that will have every type of sewing machine, a wood working shop, a computer controlled laser beam cutting facility, cutting tables for many different products.  This is for production of special products for construction purposes and for the use of residents who may wish to produce some products for their personal use or to sell on the Internet.

3.  We will produce our own electricity which we will sell to residents for a relatively low price.

4.  We will install a modern, full service, computer communication facility that we will sell to residents for a relatively low price.  It will include –  High Speed Internet  –  Radio and TV stations from around the world.

5.  A doctor, nurse, and a medical facility for residents and guest.  Will include an ambulance, x-ray facilities, and other modern equipment.

6.  A modern fire fighting facility.

Note,  -  A very important Note:

The cost of all of the above facilities (and several others) is included in the income from our sale of lots and houses.  We do not need additional funds to build any of these facilities.  

They are paid for with income from our sale of lots and homes.
