The following Spreadsheet is an “interactive”document.  Feel free to click “edit” in the top Right corner &  Input your own estimates of sales & check out the bottom line.  The spreadsheet will reset itself when you exit this program.

 

Note that this includes only “lot sales” and the 30% profit margin on “home sales.”

Also note that your estimated income is in Red and it will change as you change the number of sales or the price of the lots.  Make any changes you desire and check out the income.  The purpose of this Spreadsheet is to let you fully understand how our income can go up or down as the sales numbers are changed.

 

This Spreadsheet gives you our estimated Income from Lot Sales and Home Sales  Only.

It does not include income from any other sources, but it does include the cost to build all of the infrastructure and set up the other sources of Income.  

 

Please also note that from a “financial position” this is a very conservative way to make an estimate.

 

The early purchasers of the $175,000 of lots on Chile Ranch, will be given some stock in the Chile Corporation that we will set up.  Lot wise, this will get you from 3 to 7 lots depending on size and location.
