Chile Ranch Dude Ranch

The Dude Ranch facilities will include the following:   (These facilities will be used by Residents and Dude Ranch Customers at different time periods.)

1.  Two “Double Size” Rodeo Arenas .  The arenas will be covered to protect against rainy days and hot days.

2.  Two each 100 feet wide by 300 feet long Riding Arenas with roofs.

3.  A hundred miles of trails through rivers, mountains, and back roads for horseback riding.

4.  A 150 camp sites with a covered table and a cooking grill and places to lay out a bed-roll to get a good nights sleep.

5.  Most camp sites will be beside Rivers where you can go fishing.

6.  About 10 additional camping sites will be beside the Pacific Ocean where you can also go fishing.

7.  A barn with about 200 horses.

8.  A Bunk House where Dude Ranch customers will live and a 24 hour restaurant.

9.  A Heated and enclosed pool, about Olympic Pool Size.

10. A Western Village and everything you find in a Old Western Village.

11. A Western Saloon and Restaurant, with kids drinks only.

12.  A 1,000 seat auditorium for meetings, class rooms, and graduation ceremonies.

13.  We will have a Cattle Ranch which we will use to teach students about rounding up and roping cows.

Student Activity will include:

1.  Each student will spend 6 hours a days learning how to ride and perform in a Rodeo Performance  On day 7, they will give a performance for the general public.  We will film it and give everyone a copy.  It will also include pictures of the various trails they rode.

2.  Advanced Class will be available for Advanced Riders.  They will also learn how to put on a Rodeo, but at a much higher level.  They will get the same set of pictures of their Rodeo Performance as well as their riding the trails.

The enclosed arenas are also “bad weather” shelters.  We will alternate the customers between “riding the open range” and learning how to do a Rodeo Performance.  We could easily accommodate 200 customers a week.

Dude Ranch Estimated Financial Data

A cost and income estimate for 80 customers  (or students) a week.

Customer cost for One Week  -  $2,800 per week.

Total Expenses per week per person  –  $1,000  (In Chile the cost will be about 30% of the cost in the USA)

Net  Profit  –  $1,800 per person per week.

Net Profit per Year  =  $1,800 x 40 x 80 =   $5,760,000

(Assume 80 students (or adults) per week for 40 weeks)

If this is divided by 51 owners, this is a nice income.

If you have difficulty believing how much it cost to go to a Dude Ranch (like I did) then check out the following Nine Ranches.  We will have 10 times more to offer our customers than any of the following.  How many of them have a 109 square miles in a Western Village?  And how many have 100 miles of Rivers and 6 miles of Pacific Ocean Front?    How many of them have an Olympic Size Swimming Pool?  Our labor cost will also be less than half of their labor cost.  And our workers work harder and are 100% honest.  And they really appreciate the fact that we have a job for them.  The Dude Ranches below cannot compete with us in any manner.

The Dude Ranch is just one of several potential sources of income.  But living in this environment
is worth more than any amount of money.
