What are you Purchasing?

 

 

If you wish to be in on the Start-up of our project, you can purchase the following lots as described below.

 

You are purchasing $175,000 of lots on a Ranch of about 100 square miles in size.  Check the Spreadsheet Page for cost of individual lots.  You pick out the lots you want, on a “first come, first served basis.”  You may prefer 2 large lots on an excellent location or 8 smaller lots in more remote locations or any other “combination” of lots.

 

“Chile Ranch Community” is a Chile Corporation that will own the Project.

 

The first 50 land buyers will own 87.5% of the project.  The corporate document will be written by you and me.  No funds will be accepted by anyone until we have a Corporation document that everyone will accept.  

 

The maximum number of initial buyers of the $175,000 property package will be 60.  

 

Minimum Guaranteed income for any and all owners of stock in this corporation =  $0.00

 

This is what you will receive:

 

A buyer of the initial $175,000 lots “package” will receive the lots described above plus the following improvements.

 

A.  Roads and the bridges to your property

 

B.  Internet and World Wide Access to Radio and TV stations

 

C.  Access to electrical power, and the telephone system

 

This is what you are buying and what you will receive.  There are no guarantees of anything else.

 

You may sell or retain any of your lots.  You may build houses on your lots or we will build homes for you.

 

You will have access to more than 20,000 acres of “Natural Land” for sight seeing, camping, riding horses, etc. as well as fresh water rivers and the Pacific Ocean.

 

We have some very big plans for this land as you have probably seen in our “other web site.”  We will implement as many of these as possible.  At the present time, we do not see any obstacles that will prevent us from following through with all of our development plans.

 

It is possible that we could even make some money.  I sure hope so because I have a lot of money invested in this Project.

 

If we are fortunate, you can collect a little money, from the following sources of income.  If not, we just get our “minimum guarantee.”

What we plan to build.  (Remember, all of this will be paid for through Lot and Home sales.)  

 

1.  Sell Lots and Homes

 

2.  Set up and operate a Dude Ranch  

 

3.  Build and operate a Convention Center      

 

4.  Build and operate a Hotel       

 

5.  Build and operate 2 Restaurants

 

6.  Build and operate a Saloon and Restaurant, with all drinks appropriate for the kids.

 

7.  A  Clothing Store     

 

8.  A  Gift Shop

 

9.  A  Grocery Store, (35,000 Sq. Ft.)

 

10.  Sale of Electricity to Residents

 

11.  Retail Sales Center for Motor Cycles, ATV’s & Auto Repair facility (Motor Cycles, & ATV’s

      must be the “smaller size units” and have a totally quiet exhaust system )  Horses will always

      have the “right of way.”

 

12.  Medical Facility, operated by resident Doctor and nurse.  

 

13.  Parking and Maintenance of Small Aircraft.                      

 

14.  Computer Center, sales & service  plus  Internet Connection & Maintenance

 

15.  Horse Maintenance Center  

 

16.  Tourist sight seeing & Fishing

There is one minor, but potential down-side that we are aware of concerning this project.  We have spoken with the Mayor and the Building Department in this part of Chile.  They have given us a verbal assurance that we can divide the land up into 4,000 lots that will average about 2 acres each.  

 

But no government officials can give us anything in writing until we are the Official Land Owners.

 

There is a desperate need for jobs in this part of the country and every Government Official we have spoken with assures us we will be welcomed with “open arms” and provided “what-ever-we-need” to create jobs in this area.  We will be the largest employer in the area.  The local population needs us and wants us to get started just as soon as possible.

 

Our Home buyers will also employee a lot of local residents.  You can hire a lady to clean your home, cook your meals, and take care of any “elderly or handicapped residents” 5 days a week, for about $300 per month.

 

This is a Rural Area and the job situation is so bad here that the Government even gives all residents of this area “free license plates” and many receive other Government Financial Assistance.  You will note, when you visit Chile, that residents of this area have “Blue” license plates, different from the rest of Chile.  This area of Chile desperately needs us; actually more than we need them.

 

The government is even offering financial assistance for companies who bring jobs to their country.  We will meet this qualification, but nothing can be guaranteed until we are the land owners.

 

Our project is a “win - win” program for both us and the local residents.  We will be able to offer more jobs to the local residents that all other businesses  combined, on this peninsula.
